1995 Ford Mustang Loss of Power

95 Mustang v6 3.8L, will not spin wheels, comes to a stop on hills even the slightest, with gas pedal to floor. Engine seems to be running fine. Other than not pulling, car drives good. Fluid has been checked/changed and filter as well. No Diagnostic codes available. I'm baffled.

Sounds lile a transmission problem, dose it have traction control?

I don't think so. I've been told by a few people that it could be either the Torque Converter or Harmonic Balance. I just don't know which one to try first, being short on cash and what not.

Harmonic balancer is the front engine pulley, nothing to do with power train problems, Torque converter is part of the transmission, the transmission should be checked by a professional.
