I do not have a step by step for the dash or console. However I am providing you with instrumentation instructions for their removal as many times the harness for this will hold it up as it must be removed to pull dash. I was not sure if you are pulling dash or console. But, you have to remove some of the dash to remove the console and vice versa. This is mostly gently pulling off trim plates around the area top expose trim scres. On the dash at either end there is a screw or bolt under the vent and in the center a bolt that holds it near the top. There are only a few screws and bolts that hang it up. If you have not removed or at least dis-connected some of the heater controls and boxz, it will hold it up.
If you are removing the console, the same for accessing trim screws apples and some dash panels must be removed. You may have to turn and jostle some parts, but do so gently as a small clip can cause an annoying rattle if broken.
I am providing you with what I have and I hopw it at least will let you see what might be holding up the dash/console. The parking brake is non-adjustable, so if that is what you are trying to get to, you may want to re-think it depending on issue.
