I have 1995 Chevrolet CamaroV6 before I go somewhere I always warm it up like any other person but when i get in the car the gauges say it is over heating....Sometimes it isn't overheating then when I drive smoke comes out the exhaust like I blew a turbo. I don't have a turbo I just need a solution to the problem.

Could be a headgasket, cracked head or block/intake leak -have it block and pressure tested-

It's a chemical test-you can get the kit or a cooling system pressure tester and do it yourself
