1994 Toyota Corolla.
I was volunteering out at a festival, and was trying to jump the directors old truck. We had it running for about 15 minutes, because it wasn't turning over. Took my car and the radio started going out. Turned it off, and the lights, no big deal. Then I turned it off about a half hour later and it wouldn't turn over again. The overhead light works, and the car dings when the keys are in it, but it's just not turning over at all. Car battery, alternator or starter issue?

The first thing you need to do is have your battery tested and make sure your battery cables are clean and tight. Then we can get it running to see if its charging you will need a multimeter to do the next tests. This is why I never jump start anyone you can damage your car doing it like the old saying goes no good deed goes unpunished. Especially older alternators batteries etc jump starying someone can be the final blow that kills them.
