Everytime I make a right turn my wheels make a 'clicking'sound. What is that sound and how do I repair it?

That's typically caused by a worn outer cv joint. It's less expensive to replace the entire half shaft with a rebuilt one than to replace just the outer joint.

sometimes the boot rips and it dries up and clicks i have bought new boot and grease and repaired before. cheaper but no guarantee of complete noise elimination. you can add grease with bad boot and see if noise goes away then replace boot.
