where to locate throttle body?

is that where u can control the Idle for the engine?

It doesnt look like the pic posted your car has a throttle body injection which is different then a throttle body.Look at the back of your engine its under the air box assembly.So do you have a high idle?The two most common reasons on those for high idle is a vaccuum leak on the hose that runs from the intake manifold to the valve cover.Then running on the back of the throttle body injection there are vaccuum hoses that the elbows get holes in them.
