Have a 1994 nissan hardbody truck v6 3.O liter. Replaced timing belt, waterpump, pulled injector rail with all six injectors cleaned and tested. Code comes up injector problem we also had new plugs wires o2 sensor. Problem is we can only get 9 to 10 miles per gallon of gas. Has a slight lifter tap but does not miss. Could the injectors be putting to much fuel in intake? Or could fuel pressure regulator be causing it. Decent truck but at ten miles per gallon not real practical to keep. Could anybody reccomend and suggestions. Thanks you.

Yes to the regulator. Check fuel pressure at rail as well as check the regulator. The fuel you get to the engine should be vapor not raw fuel. Believe it or not, raw fuel doesn't burn in a liquid form (DO NOT TEST THAT AT HOME!) It is the fumes or vapors that burn. I'm thinking the regulator may be bad and causing you to dump too much fuel like you said.
