Wont start and the headlights are flashing

My 1994 jeep cherokee They don't stop until I disconnect the battery. There is no radio and the wires are cut but they are not touching anything. Can you give me some advice

The security system sounds like it is causing the problem. The stereo is usually tied into it, so it may be part of the issue. It is hard to say exactly what is the source, but the symptoms are that of a security system with the car locked.

I am attaching a wiring diagram of the anti-theft system so you might be able to find a wire that needs to be connected/dis-connected or ground out to get the truck working again.
