I try to by pass the security systeam and changed all of the sensories

The security system won't do anything once the engine is running.

Does the engine stall or just lose power? How long before you can restart the stalled engine? If it stalls, have you checked for spark and fuel pressure when it won't restart? Which sensors did you replace?
