I’ve had my truck for a while now and only changed the battery, alternator and the fuel pump. now when i turn it on it turns on good and all, but when I put it on drive and start driving it feels like it wants to turn off and I have to press the gas, so it doesn’t.

This can be one of two things, either the IAC motor needs to be replaced and throttle body serviced, or you have vacuum leak. This guide can help you find the vacuum leak (engine cold only) and in the images below it shows where the IAC motor is so you can change it out.

This guide can help you service the throttle body and IAC passages:

Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
