OK my 94 Dodge Dakota has been stalling sitting still or moving doesn't matter just tried to run it home it had an episode and wouldn't start so I removed the negative and reset the computer had to a couple times but I noticed a significant amount more spark returning the negative the last time before it started?

There's nothing to "reset". By disconnecting the battery you're adding more problems to include idle speed that's so low stalling will result.

Have you checked for diagnostic fault codes? You'll have to wait for the problem to occur again enough times to be detected and set a code. If there was a code before, it was erased when the battery was disconnected. The common causes of stalling while driving are a failing crankshaft position sensor or camshaft position sensor.

I've checked codes by the key everytime it dies before I do anything it comes #12 #32 and sometimes the service reminder code but one of these other pros just told me that the egr wouldn't effect it much so that y the search is still on

That was me. You said the tach was bouncing too. That shows the signal is being lost from the cam or crank sensor. I can't remember if the tach responds to a lost signal from either sensor or just one of them. That's why having a fault code would be better than just replacing a random part and guessing wrong.
