my key is stuck in the ignition

my key is stuck in the ignition. when i did get it to crank yesterday the van would not shut back off. the key would not turn back off. and cannot be crunk in neutral anymore. the brake and anti-lock lights came on.

You have two different issues with the brakes and the key. The ABS light indicates there is a trouble code stored in the computer. It needs scanned to identify why the light is on. As far as the key, either the tumbler is bad (try to lubericate it with penetrating oil) or the linkage to the switch is loose, disconnected...
