1994 Buick Regal 3.8

When I start my car either hot or cold it revs about a 1000 rpms and the volts and oil peresher will go up and down when driving or stoped and when I try geting on the gas it will sputter alot and my gas milage is about 12 to 17 mpg when it should be 20 to 28 and one of my coil paks dos not spark half as good as the other 2 even when I replaced it and the check engine light is not on

For the oil pressure, usea mechanical gauge and see if it does the same thing, it may be a sending unit or gauge itself. Cross A&B on the aldl with a paper clip turn the key on and see if the light blinks. If the combo is 12 then everything may be ok. But also check your crank sensor for ohms as this will go bad and not set acode. But dont' change it because of what i've said. If not you can go to the DIY section on the site and it will show you how to check your ignition system step by step.
