High idle car starts to shake

1993 camry 4 cylinder manual 5sfe engine. If the car is at operating temp and I have to sit at a stop light for 2-3 minutes the rpms drop and car starts to shake. I think the rpms are dropping to 200 or so per the gauge. Thanks! Jim

Clean and test idle air contol valve and the airflow meter
