I would suspect you have a bad coolant temp sensor there only 10. Its the bottom sensor with two wires going to it. Screwed into the head right below where the upper radiator hose goes on. Also inspect the connector going to its really common for them to get corroded because the sensor cracks and leaks coolant into them. To check the fuel pressure you would have to rent a fuel pressure gauge at auto zone and screw it on the fuel rail and then crank the engine to start it and see what the pressure reads.I would replace the coolant temp sensor there is a good chance that is what is wrong and its cheap to try.
