try to replace the rack pinion cant get it out so put it back to gether so i can take to a pro now it won't start key turn but nothing there.

What part of the rack didn't come apart? It's easier to pull out from the passenger side after the wheel is off. Do the head lights and dash lights work?

yes battery new yes lights work dash light to 3 bolts

Do you hear the starter relay click when you turn the ignition switch to "crank"?
