My truck only has one O2 sensor and it is behind the CAT. I think they may have moved the O2 sensor when they installed the aftermarket headers and exhaust.

Here is a picture of the only cat I have.

I don't know what you're talking about. I can see the sensor before the Cat.

So the verdict is, the catalytic converter was clogged up and apparently was robbing me of power since I got it. I could not find a parts store that would loan the tool to test the pressure and the cost to buy the cat was about the same price as the tool. I ended putting a small hole into the cat and drove it around it now runs the way a Ford is supposed to now. I would go as far to say that it's running excellent. Thanks for your help guys. I will be getting a new Cat soon as the funds are available.
