I was driving on the freeway and stoppedat the bottom of the off ramp and it was idling fine the it lurched twice and it died. When it does this it usually will restart very quickly and drive fine. It will not start now it will turn over but will not try to start. The timing belt is new and the spark plugs are good. The engine has spark and fuel but will not try to start at all any ideas? Thanks.

If you have spark and proper fuel pressure, it should run unless the injectors and not working. Make sure the fuel pressure is within spec. If it is, rent a noid light and check to make sure the injectors are getting power. An easier way is to just see if it will start with starting fluid. If it does, that tells me the timing belt didn't jump time and you are not getting fuel. If it still doesn't start, double check to make sure you are getting a good hot blue snapping spark at the plugs.
