Problem starting 1993 Ford Escort

1993 ford escort 1.8, had my tranny and clutch replaced, now it is having occasional starting problems. Sometimes, especially after driving and shutting it off, it wont start. (It does not click, it does nothing) not the battery, it wont jump start, lights and dash lights and radio all work fine, and after sitting for a length of time it usually starts again. Is their a wire that might not be connected correctly or do you think my starter is going bad?

Could be the starter motor, starter relay, clutch switch and ignition switch
