leaking brake fluid from rear wheel area. What could it be & how do I fix it? Thanks

it's eitehre a wheel cylinder or caliper depending on whether or not you have disc brakes. You'll need to do a brake job on the rear most likely. and rebuild the caliper or wheel cylinder.
