This problem happens at random. When the car is started, everything sounds normal. You can go anywhere. Then you have this problem of not starting. When this problem occurs, the RPM goes up like it want to start then to zero. Try to start several time and same indications. You wait about 30 minutes and try to start the car. Car start right up. This starting issue does not happen at every start. You can have numerous start without this starting issue. When you have this starting issue, you let the car set for awhile. Then you go start the car, car starts the first time everytime. Thank You for you assistance. If we can resolve this starting issue I will gladly send a donation. Have A Wonderful Day.

The symptoms could point to the engine losing fuel pressure. You would have to install a gauge and monitor the pressure while this problem is occurring.

If this is the case, the car should not be driveable. Correct? Without fuel the car would not be driveable and die.

According to you, it doesn't start for 30 minutes when this happens. I told you it had to be tested WHILE THE PROBLEM IS OCCURRING.
