I need to replace the MAP sensor on a 1992 Isuzu Rodeo 2.6L 4 cylinder. I have purchased the component, so I know what it looks like, but I can't locate it on the vehicle. Everyone has told me it is most likely mounted on or near the intake, I am at the moment replacing the Intake gasket so I have the intake off and in my hand, I have cleaned it from one end to the other and it is not mounted on the Intake, or on the engine. Next I tried the fender well, it is not there. I know it has one, but where? Please help, I am beginning to think i'm just stupid.

Hello,

The MAP sensor is on the right side fender under the hood. Item # 13 in diagram. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Cheers
