Remove the bolts, drop it down, unplug it, and put the new one in the reverse way. If you don't know what you're looking for, buy the new motor first so you'll know what it looks like. It lives on the bottom right side of the heater box. You'll probably have to remove the plastic fan and transfer it to the new motor. Squeeze the metal band around the shaft to remove it, then pry the fan off the motor shaft.
Did you diagnose the motor as being defective or are you guessing?
