Are you refering to a heater hose or radiator hose? Regardless of which, if the hose is leaking, it needs replaced. Disconnect the battery and drain the coolant from the radiator. Remove the leaking hose (it is clamped at each end) and replace it with a new one. NOTE: Many times, there is corrosion built up where the hose is attached. Make sure to clean it so the new hose can seal. Once it is replaced, refill the coolant and reconnect the battery.
