I can hear the fuel pump cut on aand it has gas. It will turn over but just wont start like its not gettin fire.

Have a helper crank it, while you visually check for spark at the spark plugs. How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? You can access codes yourself. Turn key just till the dash lites come on, no further. Cycle the key on--off, on--off, on, then the mil on the dash starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes. Your looking for two digit codes. Let us know what you find.

Just to add, without rpm signal, you may get an initial fuel pump prime, but, after that if no rpm signal, you get nothing, no spark, no fuel injector pulse. You have to crank it during testing, to check spark and fuel. If no rpm signal, might be caused by faulty hall effect sensor in distributor?

Engine cranking, can you see a fuel injector spray pattern? With TBI fuel injection, you may be able to see it spray or not.

It's possible, but the pcm isn't my first thought? Of course, I can't see anything or do any testing from here. Maybe the computer reset or issue with wiring or connector?
