I disconnected my battery so I could change the post now my car is getting no power what is the problem

You could have blown a fusible link/main fuse

The first thing to check is that your battery cable connections are all clean and tight. If you didn't clean them before you put the new battery in then you should do it now. After you clean them and put the cable connectors onto the battery terminal you need to give them a good twist to make sure you have a good connection. This is what I would try first.
