How do I adjust the pressure clutch on a 1991 Ford Explorer?

There is no clutch adjustment. It's a hydraulic system that adjusts itself. If you have a pedal problem, then you likely have a hydraulic leak and it has air in the system now. You will have to locate the leaking component and replace it. then bleed the system.
