You will have to remove the headliner to get at the bolt. Unfortunately the S-10 headliner is pretty stiff and after time, it takes a lot of patience to work with it and not mess it up.
First remove the plastic pillars by popping out the round screw covers and removing screws. If there is not any kind of pop out cover for a retaining screw, then gently pull on the cover as there is a plastic retainer holding it in. They are re-useable and if needed you can get replacements in the, "HELP" section of most auto parts stores.
Then there is not a lot holding the headliner up. Look for clips and anything that might be holding it before you start to move it.
Hopefully you can tighten the sun roof bolt without moving the headliner too much. Taking them out is generally something that requires a new one as they are not as expensive as one would think and they seldom make it out in one piece.
So, try to move it just enough. If you get a Haynes manual, it may have some guidelines, or the factory service manual will have step by step instructions. The factory manual will cost several hundred and the Haynes around $35.
I hope this helps.
