Depends who does it, and what you pay for the radiator, the going rate for most shops is 90.00 per hour, the parts are ALWAYS maked up, so I found the radiator for a 5.0? You didnt say, for between 95 and 200.00 at rockauto.com... so it will be at least that for the radiator plus 90-180- labor plus antifreeze.

the parts can vary in price a lot but the average is about $180. The labor is under 1.5 hours so that should be around $100
