1991 Cadillac El Dorado Head lights don't work

The head lights don't work but we know the bulb is not dead. It was working until one day the lights just shut off and stopped working. We think it might be the turn signal stick but we are not positive. Any info on this would be great.

Do you have a multi meter to do some testing?

We sent it too a mechanic and he said we need a new steering column or someone to rewire the whole thing but nobody wants to do that.

We found a Cadillac guy who knew how to do it but he said no because it was just too much work.

I cant belive no one wants to make the money doing the work.Not all repairs on cars is easy.
