i have a 1990 toyota celica gt hatchback automatic with a 2.2 litre it surges at low throttle positions and i have lost fuel economy dramaticly was getting about 35 mpg now getting about 20 mpg i have replaced distributor cap and rotor spark plugs and wires air temp sensor and throttle position sensor

maybe fuel pressure reg is leaking into intake?
