How do I repair a worn centerlink on my 1990 Nissan Pick up

the ball joint on the end of the centerlink is worn and I would like to know if I can change just the ball joint or do I need to replace the entire centerlink?

The center link comes with the joint installed. Expect around 70.00 for the part. See picture.
