The car will start fine unless its too hot outside ( main relay problem ). I can get the car to start no problem but the issue im having is, the engine dies when it gets to normal operating temperature. I had an issue with the distributor rotor comming loose about 2 years ago but I put loctite on it. But just recently I looked at the rotor and it looked burnt and scratched so I put a new one into the distributor. The engine ran and then died in the middle of driving it. I noticed it was doing that when it heated up to operation temps. I dont know what else it could be causing this. I do know that the fuel pump works because I listen for it before I start my car. I listen for the Main Relay click before starting it, sometimes it wont if its hot inside the car. But Ive tried all I can think of.

Why didn't you get the main relay fixed? Remove it and resolder all the joints, that is all you need to do.

Check for trouble codes. If it stalls only at operating temperature, the idling speed could be too low, the main relay, ECT and ignition switches are all possible causes.
After stalling, are you able to restart easily?

After it stalls, it won't start at all. I've checked for a spark and to no avail, there wasn't any. But as soon as the car does happen to start, it will die a few mins after running.

Check for battery voltage to the distributor. If voltage is present and no sparks, the ignition coil is most probably bad.
