Would to much oil make my 1990ford capri make it blow clouds of white smoke rudy

White smoke out the tail pipe is a sign of burning coolant, typically from a leaking head gasket.
Overfilled oil will get air whipped into it by the spinning crankshaft. That makes it easier to get past the piston rings where it is burned in the cylinders. That will make blue smoke from the tail pipe.
