I'm trying to remove and replace my coolant reservoir but theres one bolt that is loose but wont come out it feels like the nut keeps turning is there anyway to get this bolt out an theres not enough room to use a hacksaw please help me out if possible thanks

Can you get a pair of vice-grips on it, try to pull and unscrew at the same time. I can't see much from here. I doubt there is a nut, might be a thread clip? Is it a hex head or screw head? Can you drill the head or grind it off? The autostore sells a grinding bit that will fit in you drill.

it was a threaded clip i got it out bolt hole is a little worse for ware but i replaced coolant tank and put one screw in and its fine
