89 f250 wont start. Turns over but is very weak. Even after hooking battery charger up for awhile the gauge on dash wont go higher than 10 to 11

If your gauge is correct, maybe it the battery?

Other than that, I could suggest removing and cleaning every connection between the Battery and Grounds.

And between Positive Battery and The Starter (includes Solenoid, and even the Squeezers (where cable hooks to the Clamp. Not the clamp to the post) But yes, it too, would be the 1st thing to clean!

Probably, I suspect, you will be snatching the battery out, and taking it to Autozone or Advance Auto for a FREE load test.

Just to save a trip, have it fully charged when you take it there!

Have the battery load tested as the last poster has suggested, check all the terminals are clean and tight, if all is good there move on to the starter motor and have that checked for faults.
