once I replace my radiator how do I recharge the system

Fill it with coolant, 50 / 50 water / antifreeze. Drive it long enough to warm the engine, let it cool down for 15 - 20 minutes, add more as necessary, and fill the reservoir until it is about half full. Recheck the reservoir after a few days. It's common to have to add a little after a few days.
