My car boggs down when I give it gass

I changer the plugs wires and a new mass air flow sensor and ran a computer on it and it says maf circuit to low and circuit to high

Is engine completely stock/oem.

@ the mas air sensor key on engine off test the red wire for 12 volts test the black for.05 and the black w white. Check for 2.5 volts in the dark green but if there is 5.0 volts the mas is bad. There is also a burn off relay and a power relay on this system.
