Okay so the truck is hard as heck to crank, starter fluid is needed (i know that's not good for the rings and etc but is necessary for now)..... Anyways I was told that the cylinder near the breather was the fuel pump and it needed to be replaced.... I need to know exactly where the fuel pump is located and if that's what is causing the rough start and rough idle? Thanks in advance guys :)

I have attached a pic of the pump location. Yes, it can cause a hard start. However, the rough idle could be a few things. Also, make sure the choke is working properly. That can also cause a hard start.
