CAN ANY ONE TELL ME/ GIVE ME A GUIDE ON HOW TO CHANGE THE HEAD ON AN 86 NISSAN PICKUP?

Removal

Disconnect battery ground cable.
Drain coolant, being careful not to spill coolant on drive belts.
Remove power steering pump drive belt, power steering pump, idler pulley and power steering brackets.
Disconnect front exhaust pipe from exhaust manifold.
Remove rocker cover.
Set No. 1 cylinder at TDC of its compression stroke.
CAUTION: Be sure to follow the next step carefully. If the tensioner block is not placed properly, the chain tensioner will pop out of it's holder.

Install a suitable wooden or plastic chain wedge. Make sure the wedge fits all the way down the center of the timing chain. This will hold the chain and the tensioner in place for the next step.
Remove camshaft sprocket.

Loosen cylinder head bolts in sequence, Fig. 2.
Remove cylinder head to front cover attaching bolts.
Remove cylinder head together with intake and exhaust manifolds.

I dont think this is the info for my car....can you give me a diagram to change the timing belt?Please
