1986 Mazda B2000 Engine bogging down

I just had the carburator rebuilt because the choke on it was stuck and some seals were bad and the engine is still doing the same thing, it idols good but as the Rpms go up its Boggs out so I am only able to get to about 20 mph

Check vacuum at idle if 15" or less suspect a clogged converter/exhaust. Also check for a vacuum leak. Check fuel pump should pump 1/2 pint in 30 seconds if not replace it.
