Remove wheel and remove split pin, nut and break taper by striking steering arm where the tie rod passes through with a heavy hammer, a few sharp blows will normally break the taper, back off the lock nut on the shaft and unwind the tie rod, count the turns and re fit the new end the same number of turns, lock up lock nut and fit end in steering arm, tighten nut and use a new split pin, get toe in checked with an alignment.
