leaking water were motor & transmission meet

replaced fuel pump drove 4 blocks to put fill gas tank. Noticed lg.amount of water under truck. Found a hose that connects to the engine block heater hose? Easiest way to get to and remove/replace that hose without having to remove the transmission. Any suggestions? MUCH HELP NEEDED!!

They are hard to reach but they can be changed.
