Hi there, i got my truck running but its rough, if i put it in gear it tries to die and idle is so so, i got it starting on its own power tho and running, i need to know if anyone can help me with a checklist or tips on getting it to run smoother, i may want to add that it might still have some bad gas in the tank and im thinking that thats the issue but not sure cause how rough its running

Replaced: spark plugs and wires, battery, fuel filter, water pump

Also may want to note i only got it to run by tuning the carburater, it may still be somewhat out of whack

tuning the carb??? how or what did you do??

theres 2 screws that will set the idle and throttle cable, my brother unscrewed the throttle one way to far so i put it back in some and leveled out the other for a ok idle, it dont got a RPM gauge so i dont know what its at but sounds about normal where its sitting
