It cranks fine but does not fire, have replaced fuel pump, coil. Starts fine when cold. Engine does not over heat after it starts it runs just fine. If I let it stand for awhile it starts, or it stars when cold. It seems to happen only when trying to start after warmed up.

This sounds like a module problem. Check pickup coil from orange wire to purple wire it it's at 400 to 800 ohms it's ok. Check for spark at plug but not on #1 or 8 as this will ruin the module. Then if there is no spark dump cold ice water if available on module if it starts then that is your problem. I know it sounds stupid but that's how we did it years ago especially with problems like yours. But if pickup coil tests ok then module is more than likely your problem.
