I recently replaced a bunch of bulbs throughout the entire truck. I put in bulbs in all of the factory places using the proper bulbs ordered from LMC Truck. After doing so the turn signals don't work properly, (slow flashing, or not lit as the park light) with the engine off and the key in the on position the right turn signal causes my license plate lights and rear marker light to flash. The only thing I can recall that might have happened is when replacing the courtesy light next to the parking brake, there is another smaller light bulb with a blue cap on it that plugs into the plastic housing of the courtesy light. I have no idea what this little light is for. While connecting the bulb into the socket it grounded and sparked. All glass fuses are normal, and all light bulbs are still intact. I pulled the instrument cluster and replaced those bulbs as well, ( I can't find where the temp guage bulb is) I didn't knock any of the wires loose. Any idea where I can find a solution?

I have to check ground circuits for the rear lamps. If faulty ground it cause some weird things to happen. That voltage will find ground anywhere it can, even through another bulb.

That may not have answered all your questions, but, should get you started.

I'd check all the wiring circuits at the rear, just for a start.

Anybody else have any ideas, jump in, no problem.
