Tail/brake/reverse lights not working after replacing burned out bulbs

Truck listed above is a 1500 Laramie. Someone previous messed the harness. Well they all worked until I change burned out bulbs and now I don't know. There is a spliced wire into one that went directly into bulb socket and there are repeat colour wires on each side so I'm at a loss when looking at wiring diagram.

Hi,

I suspect someone wired in trailer lights or something similar. As far as the wiring, I attached the wiring schematics below for the exterior lights. I had to cut the pic in half to make it readable, but I did overlap them so you can follow from one to the next. If you look in pic 2, I circled the rear lighting section.
