Can I Just Replace The Pulley Itself With Out Having To Replace The Entire Assembly Because The Pulley Obviously Has Play In It And It Makes...

I Am Replacing The Water Pump On The Above Car. One Bolt Is Blocked By The Serpentine Belt Idler Pulley. How Do I Get It Off? Thanks
