Shifter Stuck In Reverse & Key In Run Position

1994 CHEVROLET ASTRO
Started Van In Park, Shifter Would Only Go In Reverse. Now I Can Not Move Stifer Or Remove Key. Disconnected Battery To Shut Off Engine.
