No brakes

Looking at buying the car listed above. the seller says that after the engine is hot, there is no brake pedal. He can let the car sit and cool off for a few hours and the brake pedal comes back. He said it only happens after the car is hot and driven for awhile. Could the brake fluid be breaking down once the engine temperature gets hot enough? Or a vacuum leak? Any suggestions?

Hello,

This sounds like the master cylinder is going out because the internal seals give out when they are warm. Here is a guide to help you see what you are in for when doing the job:
